If tattoos and piercings sins?
I used to listen to Jesus that we recognize with tattoos or piercings. But the death of our bodies that our souls leave stay here so technically it will not be marked .. and if this is the case of not being able to dye their hair or makeup and fake nails outstanding.
The fact is that we are all created in God's image. If we change our bodies, because we thought it would be preferable that they are almost an insult to God. Like yourself that you are or what you say that God is not enough.
How to tell my parents I got a tattoo?
Yes i’m over 18 (22 to be exact)
I don’t live at home anymore.
So I sat down and talked to my mom about getting a tattoo, she was upset that I wanted one in the first place but said it was my choice at the end of the day. But my dad is very against tattoos, a few years ago i got my lip pierced and he said he didn’t approve and told me “I can tolerate you making holes in your body but not marking it”. So I got my tattoo on my wrist a few days ago, so i cant hide it. If anyone can give me suggestions on how to tell my parents I got a tattoo it will be very helpful.
it’s always easiest to just tell the truth, straight and forward. im 22 to and i’ve learned since leaving the nest the truth coming straight out has helped my relationship with my parents, it shows if your mature or not. good luck!
