Monday Well me and this guy had a convo on a delicate kiss on msn (I'm not with him), but I liked it, so while he was ignoring me all week, so today I came and gave me a big hug and someone lifted leg over me, and then goes away "£ 1 for a kiss" and then someone goes "Oh come on brit" (im brit) and went to the child i and I'm like "naaaah" and I liked the boy goes "you know you want too. It's just boring the lip does not heal, "then shut the bell went and we had to go .. What does this mean? the signals and body language
I think he loves you and I wanted to give you a kiss. I'm sure he just wants an adventure if a man is too often only want you for sex, but maybe just be careful.
Self defence – will attacking first make you guilty in court?
I was told to “attack first” and especially in self defence street situation where you’re frightened as hell, to stop the injury of yourself and others.
If someone is threatening you by collar grabbing you and shaking you, do you have the right to elbow him in the face and do anything to protect urself?
If someone is looking threateningly at you and coming for you, are you allowed to do a jumping side piercing kick and break a rib or several?
If someone kept on swearing at you with threatening body language are you allowed to assault him with any means?
If you were acting on self defense and kicked a man in the balls and killed him o.o will you be guilty in court?
I’m not sure to what extent you are allowed to act on your self defense.
what happens if u killed to opposition? If you attack first, will you be guilty in court?
The question that you have to ask yourself is if you were in immenent (sp?) danger. If you were and attacked then it is self defense. Also, a normal person in the same situation will have to have done the same thing.
If you have had defense training martial arts ect… then you are held to a higher level of normalacy i guess you would call it. For instance, if you knew that a person was coming after you, you have to wait until the punch was almost thrown before you can defend yourself, where a normal person would be able to attack as soon as their personal space is intrenched upon, and there is a threat of violence.
vocal threats are a means to defend yourself. there has to be a threat of bodily injury… as in the person is comming after you. you can’t just kick someone because they said they were going to harm you they have to make a move towards it.
If you killed a man in self defense he had better have a deadly weapon, the law of self defense is simple; hand to hand, knife to hand or knife; Gun what ever is necessary. Only in the situation with a gun are you able to kill someone for self defense. all others serious harm yes, death only in some situations… you are also supposed to retreat, so once the threat is no longer there you have to stop you can’t continue to harm the person because it is no longer self defense but assault.
