How is it that God does not want you Pierce or tattoo your body? Christians only please!?

I read in the Bible (do not remember which chapter or verse) that God does not want to drill or mark (Tattoo) his body. Now I am a Christian for some time, but I gave my life to Christ as 5 months, but if you see me walking down the street do not think I am a Christian. Did you see punk … im, Mohawk tight jeans and band T-shirt is my life and I pierced my lip pierced and I on the other side and eventually my arm Tattooed everything right. but why do not you want God to pierce or tattoo your body

Old Testament law commanded the Israelites: "Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoos on themselves. I am the Lord "(Leviticus 19:28). Ephesians; Therefore, even if believers today are not under the law of the Old Testament (Romans 10:4, Galatians 3:23-25 2:15), who had an order with tattoos are a few questions. New Testament says nothing about whether a believer should get a tattoo. Regarding the tattoos and piercings, a good test is to determine if can honestly, in good conscience, ask God to bless and use the particular activity of his own good intentions. "So if you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God "(1 Corinthians 10:31). The New Testament does not command against tattoos or piercings, but do not give us a reason to believe that God wants us to have tattoos or piercings. An important biblical principle of the Bible does not specifically address whether If there is any doubt, God willing, then it is better not to engage in this activity. Romans 14:23 reminds us that everything that is not of faith is sin. We must remember that our bodies and our souls have been redeemed and belong to God. Although 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 does not directly apply to tattoos or piercing, which gives us a principle: "Do not know your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, you have from God? You do not belong to you you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body. "This great truth should have a real impact on what we do and where we go with our bodies. If our body belongs to God, we must ensure clear that we have their "permission" before "score" with tattoos or piercings.

Romans 12:1 speaks of presenting your body in an acceptable fashion to God. Interpret it how you wish.
As for tattoes and piercings…your mother is just looking out for you because many teens accept this because it is a fad. For some it is a lifestyle, but when you are so young, your ideas change. If you still want it at 18, then you are on your own and considered an adult. Make the decision then.
