I read that I needed to eat more healthily, because rich in minerals and vitamins help your body heal. Also read you can not drink alcohol because it delays the healing process. Flax seeds may be a bit under estimated but the benefits are clear. Flax seeds contain protein and omega-3 fatty acids. These two substances aid in the process of building muscles faster and more efficiently. Again, you can mix the flax seeds with yogurt and berries. You can also take a table spoon of yogurt and flax seeds right before you go to bed.
