What was the mode and fashion of the 90s?
I am a newspaper article from the school in fashion and fashion in the 90s only (I'm not talking about technology and toys). And I want information from ppl who know the "hot" looks and the 90 modes, such as shoes discounts Rachel jelly, etc. (I'm just a kid in the 90s, could not have piercings or dyed hair).
One could say that the years 90 were the decade of minimalism and cotton clothing. On the runways, designers built too far from the eyes from the eighties and progress to a minimalist aesthetic. That's when Calvin Klein / Gucci seem really seized. Neutral colors are solid and wool fabrics and blends away Polyester and groove in a soft cotton jersey. It is also important in the resurgence of first 70, it was fashionable. Income Fund Bell and with her glasses Lennon, lovebeads and Birkenstock. In the central United States, there was a big influence in Seattle because of the emergence of alternative rock bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam. The American teenager was wearing hiking boots and flannel. The influence of others on the schoolgirl was the aspect of California. He seems clueless, 90210, My So-Called Life, Felicity and bad Fox TV were the main sources of inspiration for fashion. It was an ugly decade.
Why would an airline require someone to remove body piercings to board a flight? How could they be of any harm
See this short news article about a woman made to remove her nipple rings with pliers before allowed to board a plane.

I hope she gets an apology and is successful in her legal action. How humiliating and distressing. The reasons given for making her do it just don’t make any sense to me at all:
“TSA spokesman Dwayne Baird … said there was no specific TSA policy on dealing with body piercings “as long as it doesn’t sound the alarms.”
If an alarm does sound, “until that is resolved, we’re not going to let them go through the checkpoint, no matter what they’re wearing or where they’re wearing it.”
Sorry, my error – it wasn’t an airline that made her do it – it was the transport security administration at the airport. Still… why on earth???
It had nothing to do with security. The bored TSA jerks were just getting their jollies. Unfortunately, as US taxpayers we’ll be footing the bill for the inevitible lawsuit.
