Parents: Is it appropriate? Gothic 14.?
Parents what do you think of your son / goth girls? I have a personality very gothic. Also I love the style and music. I myself am fit, not only do or anything. I do nothing to change the life (no piercing) love dress in black and red hair dye. My mother is very inappropriate just wear all black … I never look slutty or anything, so I not know why cons. I have tried asking, but she always tells me not to be a reason. Anyway What do you think? and do you need? I have some mental health problems. (Diagnosed by a doctor) I would like to express my feelings while others may feel unusual but I am not ill myself or someone else. I just express myself through my clothes, my drawings, writings, and my style.
if it is a means of creative expression, and Gothic. there is another side that goth is inappropriate. but if you do not know what it is, then it is better that you're completely ignorant. tell your mom to relax. P
How do I tell if a helix piercing has healed enough to be changed, and what jewelry is appropriate?
-It has been 5 weeks since I’ve gotten it pierced.
-There have been no crusties whatsoever.
- It does not hurt to touch it or to sleep on it, although it does turn red for a while when I do so (cant be helped, since both ears were pierced at the same time). Also, my ears just turn red easily from any sort of touch, even before they were ever pierced, as does my skin when any pressure is applied.
- I have been cleaning it every other day with saline soaks.
What types of body jewelry are appropriate for helix piercings? (ex. circular barbells, captive bead rings), and how do I tell what the diameters or lengths should be?
How do you know when it is fully healed?
What gauge are studex piercing studs?
I got pierced with studex studs.
Studex are usually thicker than regular earrings, about 16 gauge. Cartilage is slightly harder to stretch than lobe so no more than 16 gauge. You should still wear 18 gauge at this point however.
5 weeks is still a little early for helix, mine healed after like 9 weeks.
EDIT: Studex is about 16 gauge.
