pierceing navel, the grandmother does not agree …..?

I really want my navel pierced, so when I asked my mother said I was fine, and then visited my grandmother. I wonder why she does not want me, and this is their response, "Your body is a temple which is sacred to God." How can I convince him to let me do? My mother talked a lot about what my grandmother said. Also, my grandmother said I could become sterile if I do so that my mother is absolutely not. I looked up if it's true and what is no, but my mother does not listen. Now what do I do?

I have 9 piercings and two tattoos! My grandmother still has certainly agree with my tattoo! And when I pierced my own nose, which had almost a cow! Now I only have my tongue piercing today but Im not going to say! which is sad because I'm 19 and live on my own! LOL also smoke cigarettes too … but she does not know that either! LOL If your mom said you could then do it! As long as you have parental permission and it goes hand in hand with you to have done … nothing happens there! Of course the GMA will be mad … but get over it! GMA did my .. and you know what … huggin she is a Christian Bible! But you know what's more … even after I showed you my piercings and tattoos … no doubt she still loves me! So I think ur safe

how old do u have to be to get a body pierceing. Because my mom said u had to be 16 because u need a ID. So i want to no if its true. and if u need to no wich state its virgina.

No You Do Not Need An ID. You Have To Have Your Parents With You Though.
